Refund policy
At HoneyTime, we take great care to prepare and pack every order with attention and respect for the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly.
1. Return requests
If your order includes non-perishable, non-personalised, and non-excluded items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- unused
- unopened, where applicable
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at info@honeytime.gr with your order number and the reason for your request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Items not eligible for return
Due to the nature of certain products, we do not accept returns for:
- perishable goods, including honey, spoon sweets, herbal products, and similar food items
- opened or used cosmetic / personal care products, including balms and creams, where return is not appropriate for hygiene or product safety reasons
- custom or personalised items
- gift cards
- final sale or clearance items, where clearly stated
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@honeytime.gr. Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the parcel and the affected item(s).
After reviewing the case, we may offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges in all cases.
If you wish to change an eligible non-perishable item, the usual process is to request a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time needed for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Return shipping costs
For approved returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by HoneyTime.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, HoneyTime will review the case and, where appropriate, cover the return cost or offer an alternative resolution.
7. EU right of withdrawal
If your order was placed from within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
However, this right does not apply to products that are excluded by law from the right of withdrawal, including perishable goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened.
