Shipping policy
At HoneyTime, we take great care in preparing and packing every order so it arrives safely and in the best possible condition.
We work with a specialised delivery network for domestic and international shipments, with tracking provided for applicable orders.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Greece and selected international destinations based on the shipping zones available at checkout.
Our current shipping zones are:
Greece
Mainland Greece and the Greek islands.
Zone 1
France, Austria, Northern Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland.
Zone 2
Latvia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania, and Slovenia.
Zone 3
England.
The available delivery options for each destination are shown automatically at checkout according to the shipping address entered by the customer.
2. Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
During busy periods, holidays, or promotional campaigns, preparation times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email, where available.
3. Packaging and Handling
We take special care when packing all HoneyTime orders.
Products are packed securely using protective materials suitable for transport, with extra attention given to fragile items and heavier products.
For international honey orders, HoneyTime uses metal tins only where available. This packaging is selected for safer long-distance transport, better protection from direct light, and a more reliable delivery experience compared to larger glass jars.
Glass-packaged products may not be available for all international destinations, depending on product type, shipping zone, and packaging safety requirements.
4. Maximum International Order Weight
Due to the weight of honey and the packaging requirements for safe delivery, international orders are limited to a maximum shipment weight of 6kg.
If your cart exceeds the available weight limit for your destination, checkout may not display a shipping option. In this case, please reduce the order weight or contact us for assistance.
This limit helps us protect product quality, reduce transport risk, and ensure that each parcel can be handled safely by the delivery network.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping zone, and courier conditions.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Greece: 1–4 business days
- Zone 1: 3–6 business days
- Zone 2: 4–9 business days
- Zone 3: 5–12 business days
Please note that remote areas, islands, periods of high demand, customs-related procedures where applicable, weather conditions, transport disruptions, or other external factors may lead to delays.
6. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- destination zone
- total parcel weight
- applicable delivery service
The exact shipping charge for your order is displayed before payment is completed.
7. Free Shipping
From time to time, HoneyTime may offer free shipping on selected orders, destinations, products, or promotional periods.
Any active free shipping offer is shown directly on the website and/or at checkout, where applicable.
If no free shipping offer is active, shipping charges are calculated normally based on destination, parcel weight, and delivery conditions.
8. Delays
While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, HoneyTime is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our direct control, including courier issues, transportation disruptions, severe weather, strikes, customs procedures, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
HoneyTime is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, returned parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information submitted at checkout.
10. Damaged Parcels or Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, or if you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible at info@honeytime.gr and include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photographs of the parcel and products, where relevant
